Three killer mixes of tracks from Throwing Snow's 'The Death of Pragmatism'.
‘The Death Of Pragmatism’ is Throwing Snow's musical reaction to the shit tip of a political situation we are living through.
Each of the track titles refers to a particular view point on the debate and that is reflected in the sculptural artwork by Philippa Battye which completely changes when seen from different angles.
"It’s angry and imbibed with frustration. Although I’m a staunch Remainer I do empathise with certain views from the Leavers (particularly Common Agricultural Policy) and believe the framing of the debate is causing the fragmentation. This level of complexity cannot be compressed in to a simple yes/no question, there is no winner. I have no voice other than my music so please indulge my cathartic response."
